Cozy Stay with a Musical Twist

We spent a cozy night in a lovely double room. The staff was super friendly and helped us feel at home. And oh, the breakfast hit the spot! Plus, I got to play this antique grand piano, which was a real treat for me. Just wish there were more options on the drinks menu.

The grounds are beautifully maintained with a mix of manicured lawns and wild areas for local bees. The dining experience was exceptional, showcasing a creative dinner menu and spoiling options for breakfast, including freshly prepared eggs. the winding drive to reach the hotel could be challenging for some, and the historical charm may not suit everyone’s preference for modern accommodation. while the service was mostly smooth, slight delays at peak times were noticeable.

The staff demonstrated excellent service and went above and beyond during my time there. The peaceful atmosphere of the Junior Suite made it a well-deserved retreat after a busy day.

While I enjoyed my stay, some amenities in the room could be updated or improved.

I was captivated by the stunning grounds and gardens, which are beautifully kept and perfect for a leisurely stroll, and the history of the building truly added to my experience, as it has been sympathetically restored with charming details throughout. it's a great spot for single travelers who appreciate historic houses, though I wish there were more options for breakfast as the selection felt a bit limited.

We spent our wedding anniversary at Horsted Place Hotel and it was the perfect getaway! Our room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and had stunning views of the garden. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel special throughout our stay. Breakfast was a delightful treat with a wide variety of wholesome dishes, all beautifully cooked and served hot.

I recently enjoyed a wonderful 3-night stay. The food was absolutely sensational, especially the kippers at breakfast—totally worth it! I also loved the elegant decor and the stunning, well-maintained gardens, making our time there feel incredibly special. Would definitely return!
